Adam Handling Children: Son Oliver Handling Age And Bio

British chef and restaurateur Adam Handling children have been a hot topic in the Culinary world. Adam was born in Dundee and began his cooking education at the renowned Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland.

Since then, he has worked in many different kitchens around the UK, holding roles including sous-chef at the Malmaison Hotel in Newcastle, head chef at the Fairmont St. Andrews, and head chef at the St. Ermin’s Hotel in St. James’ Park, London.

He initially had no idea that I wanted to become a chef and was just trying to avoid going to college, but he quickly developed a passion for the energy of a bustling, fast-paced kitchen. He then rose to the position of youngest Head Chef at Fairmont, and in 2011 he was awarded Scottish Chef of the Year.

After that, MasterChef debuted in 2013, and in 2016 he launched my independent restaurant.

Adma Handling has a son named Oliver, who was born on April 21, 2018. Oliver was born six weeks early, and when he got the news that his wife, Jenny, was in labor, he was testing salmon in one of his restaurants, ‘The Frog.’

The chef breaks down in tears every time he talks about his kid because he feels bad about not being able to spend more time with him because of his long work hours in his company. This is especially true when you are attempting to establish a reputation.

But, he enjoys spending time with his son Oliver when he is not working. Like Adam, Oliver enjoys dining out and exploring new establishments. He is eagerly anticipating Oliver’s coming of age so they may begin touring restaurants and tasting new foods together.

Adam Handling children, Oliver, who is 6 years old, has chubby cheeks and blue eyes. He looks adorable when he smiles and loves to eat out in restaurants with his dad.

He shared some of his photos in the media when the chef Adam was Oliver’s age, and we can see so many similarities between the father-son duo.

It seems that Adam and Jenny have separated, as Adam has posted on his Instagram saying that he couldn’t spend time with his son more as he lives with his mother and that Adam will meet Oliver on weekends for their little trip to Disney.

How Did Adam Handling Rose To Fame

Growing up, Adam followed very strict rules as his dad, who was Sergeant Major at that time, was stern, but with his retirement, his dad became soft, and with his mother, he was free.

His mother was the first person to say that he can do whatever he wanted only if he got acceptance into a high-end establishment, so to stay out of school, he went straight to his teacher and looked for a famous hotel. After 5 months of trying, he got the gig as a chef.

At the age of 25, Adam achieved recognition on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2013.

Adam’s philosophy on food is centered on sustainability, with a particular focus on reducing food waste. He has dedicated himself fully to this idea in creating his flagship establishments, The Frog Restaurant and Eve Bar in Covent Garden.

The Adam Handling Restaurant Group was founded in 2016, and Adam went on to create The Loch and the Tyne in the Old Windsor countryside before building Ugly Butterfly in St. Ives on the lovely Cornish coast.

Scottish Chef of the Year, Chef of the Year from the British Culinary Federation, and Chef of the Year from the Food & Travel Awards are just a few of the amazing honors Adam has received.

During the 2013 Acorn Awards, Adam was the youngest member of The Caterer’s “30 under 30 to watch” list.

Adam most recently won Restaurateur of the Year at the British GQ Food and Drink Awards 2020, chosen by the general public and a panel of distinguished industry experts.

The chef’s Covent Garden restaurant received a Michelin star in the Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland 2022.
