The physician has committed to slowing the aging process in all of Johnson’s organs. In addition to using Johnson as a test subject for the most promising therapies, Zolman and Johnson avidly research the scientific literature on aging and longevity.

They keep track of Bryan’s progress in every way possible. The cost of a medical suite at Johnson’s residence in Venice, California, and other startup expenses were reported to be several million dollars. The entrepreneur plans to spend at least $2 million on his body this year.

Johnson amassed his fortune during his 30s after selling his payment processing Company, Braintree Payment Solutions, to eBay for $800 million in cash.

Bryan Johnson’s Daily Routine

The biotech entrepreneur must follow a strict vegan diet (mix of solid and soft foods) of 1,977 calories per day as a part of the Project Blueprint. He also needs to exercise every day for an hour and engage in high-intensity activity three times a week.

In addition, Bryan must go to bed at the same time every night.

Then he brushes and losses his teeth and uses tea-tree oil and antioxidant gel to rinse his teeth.

Furthermore, Bryan also uses glasses to protect his eyes from blue light for two hours. Not only that, but the CEO continuously monitors his vital signs and undergoes monthly medical exams, such as MRIs, Colonoscopies, blood tests, and ultrasounds, to preserve his results.

Bryan also measures his weight, body mass index, blood glucose level, fat, and changes in heat rate daily.

Bryan Johnson Has Reduced His Biological Age By Five Years

Bryan Johnson claimed that his biological age had been reduced by at least five years.

According to their studies, Bryan has the lung capacity and physical fitness of an 18-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old, and the heart of a 37-year-old.

Oliver Zolman, a King’s College London graduate, stressed that his work with the Kernel CEO is just the beginning, and there are still hundreds of processes to explore.

Billionaires from Silicon Valley, like Peter Thiel and Jeff Bezos, have recently invested in firms attempting to develop technologies that will allow people to live well into their hundreds.

Johnson said what he does may sound extreme, but he is trying to prove that self-harm and decay are not inevitable.
