Ons was interviewed by Muscle and Fitness to talk about her thoughts on dealing with the pressure and how she trains for a sport that keeps her busy for 10 months out of the year.

Ons mentioned we don’t have much time to prepare the body, we often have a preparatory period of one and a half to two months of extremely intense activity. 

It’s a terrific opportunity to get your body ready for the entire season. She undertakes 10 days of pure exercise at the end of the year, generally in November or December.

Jabeur stated, “I’m a zombie because I have the flu,” and added that she took a sabbatical in July after losing in the Wimbledon final to be well for the remainder of the season.

Jabeur claimed that she had been “taking a lot of medicine” and had been battling the illness for nearly a week.

She continued, “I’m doing everything I can with my team to try and recover.” “They’ve been helping me because they have excellent doctors here. I essentially took every drug they had. 

In the following round, Jabeur will face Czech Marie Bouzkova, and she is determined to keep going.
