Starting with his educational history, Rhodes went to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, to study political science. During that time, he used to make money while parking cars.

In 1998, Rhodes graduated and began working as a staffer for Republican Congressman Ron Paul. Later in 2001, Rhodes went to Yale Law School.

Rhodes was disbarred for conduct violating the Montana Rules of Professional Conduct after refusing to respond to two bar resentments filed against him in the federal district court of Arizona.

Where Is Stewart Rhodes Now?

As mentioned, Stewart Rhodes and nine other Oath Keepers members were arrested and charged with seditious conspiracy. On November 29, 2022, after a nine-week trial, he and Kelly Meggs were convicted of insurgent conspiracy and evidence meddling with regard to the January 6, 2021, United States Capitol attack.
