Pokémon is a Japanese media franchise, also known as Pocket Monsters in Japan.

It is centered on fictional creatures called “Pokémon ” that are captured in Poké Balls.

There are currently 900 pokemon species.

However, not all of them are worth catching. Some are just awful and not worth your time.

Here is the weakest Pokémon of all time based on their base stat values.

Generally, the base stat values determine the growth of Pokémon’s six different significant strengths.

20. Wooper

First on the list is Wooper, which is a small Water/Ground-type Pokémon.

Wooper was introduced in Generation II, having a large head and beady black eyes with white pupils.

On its belly are dark blue curved markings. It lives in cold water most of the time.

19. Igglybuff

In the top-most number of this list, we have Wishiwashi known as the small fry Pokémon.

They are a Water-type Pokémon introduced in Generation VII, having two forms: Solo form and School form.

They are similar to small fish in solo form but are large fish in school form.
