The beautiful social media star opened up about her unhealthy relationship with food. She said when she started TikTok, she was very unhealthy.

The TikToker said, “I’d lose a bunch of weight, then gain a bunch of weight, and then lose it.”

The TikToker adopted strict measures to regain control of her life, including restricting her daily caloric intake to 1,500 calories.

Charlie also drastically altered her exercise regimen. She began performing three bodyweight exercises involving 25-second reps followed by 15-second rests.
