Massimo Gallerani, a lyricist, has recently gained attention for his past relationship with the late singer and actress Milva, whose real name was Maria Ilva Biolcati.

Milva was born in Goro on July 17, 1939, and died in Milan on April 23, 2021. She was an icon of Italian music in the 60s and 70s, often called the Pantera di Goro.

In 1961, she married Maurizio Corgnati, a renowned director, with whom she had a daughter named Martina, who is now a curator and art critic.

Milva credited Corgnati with introducing her to a cultural world that helped her grow artistically.

She later had relationships with actor Mario Piave, Massimo Gallerani, and actor/voice actor Luigi Pistilli.
