According to her Linkedin Bio, Franco was the Domestic Violence Shelter-Director of the Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA), a nonprofit organization focusing on the empowerment and rights of women and girls, from March 1990 to September 1993.
Following through her career, Franco served as a program coordinator in Community Service at the University of Utah from November 1992 to September 1998.
While working as a program coordinator, she began studying Bachelor of Science in 1997 and graduated with a Business and organizational communications degree in 2003.
After gathering years of experience in the real estate industry, Franco established her own business Prime Time Companies, in September 2007, where she still serves as the President/Owner of the company, garnering over 16 years of experience in the field.
