In a later conversation, the young girl, Oakley’s sister, claimed that their mom, Jordan Bowers, “told her not to talk about Oakley.”Oakley “went out into the woods and was eaten by wolves,” the statement continued.

Oakley Carlson’s biological parents, Jordan Bowers, and Andrew Carlson, are currently behind bars on convictions of child endangerment.
Her mother and father introduced her to several child abuse and she was later adopted and living with her foster parents.
After her missing, Oakley’s foster mom said that she is still hopeful that Washington state authorities and Grays Harbor County will find her alive.
The state officials who gave Oakley back to Andrew Carlson and Jordan Bowers in November 2019 are making foster parent Jamie Jo Hiles angrier and angrier, she admitted on The Dori Monson Show.
The infant was given to Hiles and her husband, Erik, at the age of seven months, and they raised her for more than two years.
Oakley has not been seen since February 2021, according to investigators; however, her biological parents, who have a record of drug usage, believe she vanished in November 2021.
“Not only for Oakley Carlson but also for her brothers and sisters to put them back in this scenario, I don’t know how anyone in their right mind – a judge, a welfare officer, or anybody – believes this is okay,” according to Hiles.
Furthermore, Oakley’s biological parents’ property was the subject of a 7 days long County Sheriff’s Office Gray Harbor investigation in December 2021, but she was nowhere to be seen.
In actuality, records reveal that the girl’s clothes and toys were not present on the family’s property. Oakley’s whereabouts have not been acknowledged by her biological mother and father.
Oakley Carlson Parents Arrested
Oakley Carlson’s parents Andrew Carlson and Jordan Bowers were found guilty at the beginning of this spring on different counts of endangering their other children.
According to reports, two of the three kids who were still living at home had “extremely high” amounts of methamphetamine in their bodies.
Moreover, Oakley’s foster mother, Jamie Hiles is still optimistic for the young child she once called her own, despite the fact that both parents have been sentenced to prison for harming Oakley’s siblings.
Before going back to Bowers and Carlson, Oakley lived with a foster family for around three years. Her foster mom, Jamie has been upfront about the system that permitted Oakley to go back to her biological parent’s home.
Hiles said that on the night of Oakley’s disappearance, she had always been worried something would happen to her and that the circumstances felt “rushed.”
Jamie Hiles stated, “We told (DCYF) multiple times that this wasn’t a safe decision.” We pleaded with them, “Please, don’t let her go back, it isn’t safe.”
