Investigators were searching for the owner of a white Hyundai Elantra who might have crucial information about the incident.

On December 15, authorities twice stopped the 28-year-old Ph.D. student while operating the vehicle across Indiana. His Father had flown into Washington & was making the 2,500-mile trip back to Pennsylvania with his kid for the holidays.

Bryan reportedly received a “verbal warning” but no citations, according to The Idaho Statesmen. According to reports, authorities planned those stops as they pursued their suspect.
