Who Was Dr. Seemi Jamali?
Jamali was born in the village of Ghulamullah Din Muhammad Memon. She graduated from Nawabshah Medical College in 1986.
The Pakistan Army granted Dr. Sami Jamali the honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel in October 2022 in honor of her lifetime service.
She began working with JPMorgan in 1988. In Thailand, she earned a master’s degree in primary care management (MPHM) in 1993.
She was appointed Director of JPMC’s Emergency Department in 1995. In the United States, she performed postdoctoral research in emergency nursing.
She is a postdoctoral scholar at the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health in public health policy and injury prevention.
