On 1/6/2019, he enrolled at Clemson after visiting Arizona, Florida Atlantic, Maryland, Pittsburgh, and USF.

After learning of Kaleb Boateng’s passing on Thursday night, the Clemson football team is paying tribute to the late offensive lineman.

After learning of Boateng’s passing, the club tweeted on Friday morning that “our hearts are heavy.”

Before attending Florida as a preferred walk-on in 2021, Boateng played two seasons at Clemson between 2019 and 2020.

Late on Thursday night, former Clemson running back Darien Rencher tweeted that Boateng’s passing was “(the) worst news you can get about a former teammate,” along with an emoji of a shattered heart.
