According to court documents, Nikita Dragun, an influencer and content producer, was detained and jailed in a Miami jail’s men’s section this week.
Dragun was housed in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center’s men’s section in Miami following an incident this week.

“The scenario with Nikita, who is legally female, being housed in a Florida jail’s men’s section is incredibly upsetting and dangerous,” Full Scope Public Relations’ Jack Ketsoyan said in a statement.
According to court records, she is charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and felony battery of a law enforcement officer.
“The Miami-Dade County Corrections Department’s decision breaches its procedure, which requires transgender detainees to be categorized and housed based on safety requirements and gender identification.”
Kenyan added. “Nikita was freed and is now secure. Thank you for keeping her privacy at this difficult time.”
She was jailed for at least a day before being released on her recognizance, which means she did not have to pay bail.
Nikita Dragun Prison Update: Arrest And Charges
According to Local 10 News, Dragun was detained after reportedly making a disturbance and strolling around The Goodtime Hotel pool nude.
When hotel security instructed Dragun to stop, she allegedly poured water at them.
Police were contacted and arrived at her room, where security workers once again warned her not to disturb other guests, or she would be asked to leave. 
When Police officers were called and arrived at Dragun’s hotel room, they could hear loud music coming from within, according to the affidavit.
According to the affidavit, after the officers knocked and identified themselves as Miami Beach Police, she opened the door. She was told by hotel security that she could be escorted from the property.
Dragun then hurled an open bottle at a security guard and a Police officer, striking them and drenching them.
