‘Seth Woodbury Macfarlane’ was born on October 26, 1973, in Kent, Connecticut, which makes him 50 years old in 2023.
The Kent native grew up alongside his parents, Ronald Milton MacFarlane and Ann Perry Sager.
While growing up, Seth always showed interest in making illustrations. He was just two years old when he did his first drawing.
Interestingly, he was already fixed on a career path by age five: becoming an animator.
Four years later, Seth published his comic strip Walter Crouton‘, ‘The Kent Good Times.,’ and others. That used to earn him a salary of five dollars each week.
Ever since he started publishing his strip, he has been satirizing religion which has also caused minor controversy at the time.
While paving his career path, Seth also prioritized education. He graduated from Kent School in 1991 and later studied animation at the Rhode Island School of Design.
